Placing an order

Jum Designs stocks ready-made bags and we also custom make to order (same prices apply).

Contact us via email to discuss your order. 

Ready-made bags: please let us know which ones you would like. We will then email you an invoice.

Custom bags: please inform us of your preferences in terms of style, colours, etc. Once we have clarified all the relevant details, we will email you an invoice. (Please note that should you request a fabric other than those in our fabric gallery, there will be an additional charge of R100 for sourcing custom fabric.)

→ Make payment.

To place your order, payment must be made in full. Only upon receipt of payment will your order be processed. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks’ lead time.

Custom orders: there is an initial non-refundable payment of R100 for trying to source fabric other than that in our fabric library. Once we have sourced suitable fabric, we will notify you and request full payment for your order. Only upon receipt of payment will your items be made.

Orders are shipped via overnight courier at a cost of R99 (throughout South Africa).

Completed orders can be collected from our premises in Pietermaritzburg. Please notify us should you wish to take advantage of this option.
